All those with responsibility for activities that affect compliance with road transport laws may be held legally accountable if they do not meet their obligations. Chain of Responsibility legislation recognises the effects of the actions, inactions and demands of off-road parties in the transport chain, including Quarry operators.
Mark will present the Roads and Maritime Service-perspective on these significant changes to NSW transport laws

1:00 – 2:30pm Site Inspection – Holcim’s Dubbo Quarry - Alasdair Webb will present the CoR procedures implemented at Holcim’s Dubbo Quarry.  We will also hear from the quarry’s logistics supervisor and drivers what their experiences with the CoR legislation has been - what works, what doesn’t, what is difficult to implement.

IQA event and workshop cancellations are non-refundable; however, participant substitution is available. Please notify the IQA’s Chief Executive Officer at if participant substitution is required. 

Where circumstances force the IQA to cancel an event or workshop, the liability of the IQA shall be limited to a refund of any fees paid for that particular event or workshop.
