Guest Speaker: Michael Markwell | Managing Director | Taro Training
Michael Markwell, has over 20 years of experience working in the extractive industry, His passion for safety, training, and compliance in the industry had lead him to specialise in training. He is the Managing Director for Taro Training, and Markwell Training.
He will present his insights into training in the mining and quarrying industries, addressing the following:
- How to tell if your VOC’s are up to standard.
- Resources for training and the importance of it.
- Developing, implementing and monitoring.
- Strategies on how to carry out training on individuals at different levels.
