66th Annual General Meeting Notice
Please accept this communication as Notice of the Annual General Meeting of The Institute of Quarrying Australia (‘IQA’) members to be held on Thursday 3rd October 2019 in the ‘Captains Room’, Level 3, Premiership Stand, of the GMHBA Stadium, 370 Moorabool Street, South Geelong, VIC 3220, commencing at 4:00pm. 
The AGM is intended to deal with the following agenda items:
AGENDA
(a) Apologies
(b) Confirmation of Minutes of the 65th AGM held at 5.08pm on 19th September 2018 at the Exhibition Hall, Sydney International Convention Centre, 14 Darling Drive, Sydney, NSW 2000.
Items of business:
1. President’s Report for 2018-19.
2. To receive and consider the 2019 Annual Report (which incorporates the President’s Report, the Financial Statements and the Auditors' Report).
3. Election of Office Bearers.
(a) 6 x Directors.
4. Notice of motions amending the Institute’s Constitution.
5. AIQEF Report for 2018-19.

2019 AGM Voting
Please note, if you intend to vote at the AGM, you must have renewed your IQA membership for 2020 and be a
current financial member.
The closing date for submission of Voting and Appointment of Proxy forms is 4.00pm (AEST) Tuesday 1st October 2019, unless you are planning to attend the AGM in person or via a proxy, whereby you can lodge your vote at 3.30pm Thursday 4th October prior to the commencement of the AGM.   AGM 2019 Voting & Proxy Forms have been emailed to all current financial members. 

Only IQA Corporate Members can vote. The IQA’s constitution defines Corporate Members as honorary fellows, fellows, members and technical members.
