The IQA Qld Branch & Central Qld Sub Branch is pleased to announce the upcoming networking dinner meeting and Annual General Meeting (AGM).


We invite you to join the IQA Qld Branch & Central Qld Sub-Branch, members and industry associates for a day of product demonstrations and a wordship at Rock Trade Industries, followed by dinner, drinks, presentations, networking and elect the 2022-23 Qld Branch CQld Sub Branch Committees at the Jindalee Hotel.

The MacIntyre Wind Farm Precinct involves the design and construction of over 2.5 million cubic meters of bulk earthworks and civil works to create over 220 Km's of roadways and access tracks to more than 180 turbine locations. The project scope also includes construction of 180 concrete foundations, and electrical reticulation for the site, including the construction of 3 substations and other operational facilities. The scale of the MacIntyre project makes it one of the largest wind farms in Australia.

As part of the construction of the wind farm and OHTL, a variety of ancillary infrastructure is proposed, throughout the construction and operation phases; this includes a Quarry/ Borrow Pit area.

Join us as we learn about the precinct and how quarrying will play a role in the construction.
