Uncontrolled, or poorly managed, emergencies can escalate and potentially cause great harm to personnel, property, equipment and the community. Business operators have a legislated responsibility to ensure that plans are in place to respond to emergency situations effectively and efficiently, to minimise harm.

The Emergency Management webinar has been designed to examine the requirements for formulating, documenting and testing emergency plans.

Chris has worked as a manager in the construction materials and mining industry for over 10 years. In this time, he has held senior statutory management positions at large hard rock quarries and a mineral sand mine. Chris is passionate about safety in the workplace ensuring systems and processes are in place support to the workforce to achieve this.
